A little about who I am and how I help

When I’m not in the office, you’ll find me hanging out with my labradoodle, Pacey (yes, she’s named after Dawson’s Creek)

fun facts about me

As a native Angeleno, I’m a die-hard Dodgers fan and love keeping up with all things LA sports

My journey started in fashion before I took a turn into therapy, and I’m a proud USC alum

i love a trashy thriller novel. if I could, I’d invite Stephen King over for dinner just to hear his stories

if i'm not cheering on my teams or catching up on the latest bravo drama (guilty pleasure!) You'll probably find me in my favorite group fitness class

Using a holistic approach, I combine various “old school” therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy in conjunction with newer, more cutting-edge techniques such as somatic work, mindfulness, and self compassion.

the path we walk together

Bridging the gap between traditional and modern techniques

Much of my practice focuses on chronic pain and illness, using a combination of somatic processing and solution-focused therapy. I am certified in Pain Reprocessing Therapy; to learn more about that click here. Additionally, I utilize a variety of modalities to address common life stressors/transitions, anxiety, self esteem issues, and depression.

With a focus on chronic pain, I use a blend of somatic and solution-focused methods

I often utilize an approach called somatic therapy, which helps you reconnect with your body to create lasting calm and resilience. By addressing how your body responds to stress and trauma, this approach promotes healing through techniques like mindfulness and breath work. Whether you're managing chronic pain or looking to reduce emotional tension, somatic therapy offers a pathway to more control and balance in your life.
